Making Progress was established in 2005 as a specialist paediatric service. As the needs of Townsville’s population changed, so did the service provision of Making Progress, in 2014, to include disability and aged care support services.

Making Progress is renowned for leading from the front, with a focus on integrity, accountability and expertise, enabling them to deliver a diverse range of support services to the broader community.

Making Progress provides occupational therapy, paediatric online education and in home community support services to people with disabilities and older Australians.
